Pink Lemonade

These ones are so good! I LOVE the fresh taste of lemon cake and to top it off, I iced with a raspberry buttercream. I don't usually eat what I bake, maybe a taste to make sure it's up to par, but not an actual serving. I ate two of these! It was nice to make these summer like cupcakes in the middle of another snow blast.
