Easter Cream Egg Cupcakes

I am about to make some of my famous Easter Cream Egg Cupcakes for our Easter gathering today but have misplaced the recipe for the cream, so I thought I would look it up on my blog. To my surprise, I have never posted them on this blog!

These yummy treats are a dark chocolate cake topped with a vanilla buttercream and goo - delicious!

Though I am tight for time - I thought I had at least post a picture of them in honour of today`s festivities. I promise to post the recipe soon....if I can find it. eek!
